Laureena (BustyLauren^) — Owner of #The_Dark_Arena
She started learning various fight styles at the age of 8 years. She is a three time Tennessee state champion in submission wrestling, and a former United States Champion in Kickboxing. Today she's teaching Muay Tai, Judo, and Jujitsu.
She founded the IRC channel #The_Dark_Arena on DalNet in December 2000, about the same time when P-n-P was lauched. She and Mareenaya thought of a ranking system to give the fighters in our IRC channels an opportunity to compete without hassle.

Nitro — The Storyteller(tm:)
He is the man who wrote the stories about "High Impact Studios". These stories brought up the idea to start something up on the internet. At first it should be an IRC channel as a spin off to these stories. It was called #TheStudio, located on DalNet. Only a short time later, the idea for Pain & Passion was born. A new IRC channel (#Pain-n-Passion) was founded and this website was launched to bring a new wind into the female & mixed fighting community.

John (Velaskin) — The Geek(tm:)
Brought in to make up the original design for the website, he found himself captivated by the idea and involved himself more and more over the time. Now he is maintaining the website in its whole.
Being interested in (female) fighting since years he started as a mere "watcher". After a while he found himself not being satisfied with just watching. He began to reach out for the real thing and started competitive mixed wrestling in real life.
